As the Senior Manager of Channel Sales, you will lead, coach, and inspire a team of Partner Development Managers to achieve channel pipeline and revenue targets, setting clear goals and KPIs for performance. You will also directly manage strategic partner relationships and contribute to revenue growth by shaping and executing partner acquisition and engagement strategies across consultants, system integrators, and value-added resellers. This includes cultivating strong partner relationships, overseeing onboarding and training, analyzing partner performance, and collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to optimize go-to-market execution and provide reporting to senior leadership.
