Requirements

The Director of Development should possess a proven track record in fundraising, with experience in developing and executing comprehensive fundraising strategies, managing donor relationships, and driving revenue growth. Strong leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams and optimize internal workflows. Experience with philanthropic organizations and a deep understanding of donor engagement are also required.

Responsibilities

This role involves contributing to the design of high-impact fundraising strategies, leading cross-functional planning and execution of fundraising initiatives, owning and growing a donor portfolio, cultivating major funders, and driving long-term partnerships. The Director will also collaborate with the events and fundraising teams to plan and execute stewardship and cultivation events, partner closely with the Office of the CEO to advance donor relationships, and leverage internal knowledge to communicate compelling funding opportunities.
