Experience with customer experience platforms like Gainsight and a background in managing analytics and reporting for enterprise, public safety, and brand initiatives are also required. The role demands a blend of strategic vision and hands-on technical execution.
This role will lead day-to-day marketing operations and contribute to the evolution of the revenue operations infrastructure, acting as a strategic partner to leadership. Key responsibilities include owning marketing analytics and reporting, providing insights into campaign performance and ROI, and managing the integration and optimization of the marketing technology stack, particularly HubSpot and Salesforce. The position also involves overseeing the marketing components of the lead-to-revenue process, including lead routing, sales handoff, campaign operations, attribution, and reporting, as well as partnering on the adoption of customer experience platforms.
