The Director of Marketing Operations should possess 7+ years of experience in marketing operations or related roles, preferably within a B2B SaaS organization, with deep familiarity with complex sales cycles and multi-touch attribution. Direct experience implementing and owning Hubspot is required, along with experience with ZoomInfo, Outreach, and Salesforce being a plus. Strategic thinking and a bias toward action are essential, as is a true north towards program performance.
This role will own marketing reporting, analyze channel and campaign performance, and identify trends to drive optimization and understand marketing pipeline contribution. The Director will manage the marketing programs budget, ensuring investments exceed ROI targets and uncovering new opportunities, while also delivering performance insights to improve spend efficiency. They will own and evolve the marketing tech stack, partnering with the Office of the CMO and RevOps to drive the marketing technology strategy and AI innovation. Additionally, the Director will manage Campaign Operations and Tracking, building scalable workflows and automating programs, and ensure flawless campaign execution and QA. They will also own lead management and lifecycle stages, designing workflows for efficient sales handoff and continually optimizing the process to drive conversion, and own the marketing data strategy and governance for data capture, normalization, lead scoring, segmentation, and enrichment.
