Requirements

The Senior Engineering Manager, Infrastructure requires 12+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and/or software development, 4+ years in a management or technical lead role, experience in managing large scale, highly available cloud infrastructure, expertise in designing and evangelizing secure deployment policies, procedures, and processes, experience helping to make technical decisions and providing guidance to solve problems, familiarity with GCP, Kubernetes, and/or terraform, and knowledge on providing technical support for security and compliance audits. Candidates must also be authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America.

Responsibilities

The Senior Engineering Manager will ensure the productivity, career development, and satisfaction of their teams, enhance our infrastructure offering by applying industry best practices and processes, brainstorm solutions to, and refine the scope of, their team’s infrastructure work, coach, mentor, and onboard new team members, identify and coordinate incident response, security reviews, and infrastructure training, identify future technical needs and create plans to meet them, oversee cross-functional initiatives with the engineering organization, and evangelize operational best practices, and provide input to help us continuously grow and improve.”} ظهرة
