Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Biology, Immunology, Molecular Sciences, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of marketing or scientific experience in genetics or life sciences is required, along with experience developing marketing campaigns for genetic, proteomic, and cell analysis solutions in the biopharma/biotech segments, specifically focusing on advanced therapies like Cell and Gene Therapies. Experience working in complex global, matrix environments, building relationships with customers and key opinion leaders, developing technical presentations and training, managing project scope, budget, and schedule, and proficiency with Workfront, PowerBI, Smartsheet, and CRM tools are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Global Market Development will develop strategic, multi-channel integrated marketing plans, including customer segmentation, competitor analysis, and market opportunity assessment. They will lead the creation of messaging and creative content for specified applications and workflows targeting biopharma/biotech customers. Responsibilities include acquiring and nurturing customer advocates, identifying collaboration opportunities for application content development, and leveraging partners to promote solutions. The role involves executing marketing campaigns to achieve measurable results, maintaining campaign metrics dashboards, and acting as a brand ambassador to communicate the multi-brand strategy.
