Duties

  • Develop strategic, multi-channel integrated marketing plans for areas of responsibility, including customer segmentation, competitor analysis, business trends, market opportunities, and staging and pacing of marketing tactical programs.
  • Lead the development of messaging and creative content for specified applications and workflows for customers in biopharma/biotech segments.
  • Acquire, nurture and maintain customer advocates and identify collaboration opportunities to drive application content development; leverage partners to champion our solutions.
  • Develop and execute engaging marketing campaigns to achieve measurable results.
  • Maintain campaign metrics dashboards to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, understanding, upholding, and communicating our multi-brand strategy in all aspects of our marketing programs.
  • Can work remotely or telecommute.

Requirements

  • MINIMUM Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Immunology, Molecular Sciences, or related field of study.
  • MINIMUM Experience Requirement: 2 years of marketing or scientific experience in genetics or life sciences field, or related experience.
  • Required knowledge or experience with:
    • Developing Biopharma/biotech segment marketing campaigns for genetic, proteomic, and/or cell analysis solutions (e.g. qPCR, dPCR, CE and Microarray, Flow Cytometry) with a focus on Advanced Therapies like Cell and Gene Therapies.
    • Working in complex global, matrix environments, including managing expectations of multiple stakeholders across multiple business units and regions.
    • Building and maintaining relationships with customers and key opinion leaders in Biopharma segment.
    • Developing and delivering technical presentations and trainings for a wide variety of audiences, including sales teams, regional marketing and customers.
    • Managing project scope, budget and schedule to achieve timely completion of project deliverables.
    • Proven experience with essential tools: Workfront, PowerBI, Smartsheet and CRM.
