Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the development and operation of the CE^3 analysis engine
  • Comprehensively supervise and manage the entire CE^3 build process for new product launches, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and tactics, and balancing consistency across BUs with brand-specific business needs in CE^3 engine & UI design
  • Bridge cross-functional collaboration between Japan/WW teams, identify issues/barriers, guide teams to resolve them effectively, and ensure successful CE^3 launches for each product
  • Oversee change management for both brand teams and sales teams
  • Perform KPI analysis, collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve issues, and operate CE^3 effectively
  • Drive continuous evolution and improvements to the platform
  • Proactively lead communication and collaboration with WW teams
  • Function as a hub for internal cross-functional teams (Brand Team, Sales, BIA, Omni Channel Strategy, Commercial Data Capabilities, Sales Force Excellence, Commercialization Learning, IT, Legal & Compliance) and global function teams (BIA Data Science and Technology, IT)
  • Serve as a valuable business partner to brand leaders and key members of brand teams, leveraging deep understanding of brand strategy and tactics to support sales teams in enhancing customer engagement more efficiently and effectively, contributing to BMS's competitiveness
