Requirements

Candidates must have over 7 years of experience in customer success, implementation, or consulting within the healthcare industry. A proven track record of building relationships with and influencing C-suite executives is essential. Strong technical understanding of healthcare IT systems, workflow automation, and/or data analytics is required, along with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A deep understanding of the healthcare industry, its challenges, and the role of technology in driving innovation is also necessary. The role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

The Customer Success Lead will act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, influencing their decision-making and positioning Notable as a strategic partner. They will develop and execute multi-quarter success roadmaps, aligning Notable's solutions with customer needs and strategic priorities. This role involves facilitating communication between customers and internal teams, acting as the customer's voice for product development, and partnering to ensure renewals and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. The Lead will also generate new leads, ensure tangible ROI from Notable's solutions, build rapport with diverse stakeholders, manage escalations, and maintain a significant on-site presence to understand the customer's operational environment.
