Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, with at least 10 years in software development and 3 years in people management. Experience managing projects from RFP to production, proficiency in back-end or front-end web development (including SOAP & REST services, object-oriented design, Salesforce Apex & LWC, JavaScript), familiarity with Jira and Atlassian tools for Agile/Scrum, and experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and automated test/build tools are required. Experience with distributed teams, product-oriented delivery, AWS, and a strong background in Salesforce are beneficial.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager will lead the development of the next-generation B2B Digital Experience Platform, overseeing a cross-functional team of software development and quality engineering professionals to deliver the product roadmap. Responsibilities include partnering with business stakeholders on a strategic roadmap, coordinating projects, supporting design and delivery processes for a secure, high-availability enterprise system, promoting DevOps and CI/CD best practices, integrating Salesforce with Experian's ecosystem using Mulesoft and APIs, staying current with Salesforce trends, optimizing system performance, and collaborating with global teams.
