Hands-on knowledge of financial services, wealth management, or related FinTech domains, including understanding compliance, risk, and security as design constraints, is essential. The ideal candidate is skilled at making complex issues simple, navigating change compassionately, and advocating for end-users while balancing business goals. Experience with complex infrastructures and comfort in both agile and waterfall environments are also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Lead - Product Consulting will translate strategic objectives into a backlog of epics, features, and stories that maximize business value while considering constraints. They will break down ambiguity in large programs into actionable increments, manage requirements flow, and act as a liaison between executives, compliance, operations, design, and engineering teams. Responsibilities include enabling rapid client and team learning through backlog design, facilitating flexible delivery across agile and hybrid environments, and applying industry depth, particularly in FinTech, banking, payments, or insurance, to anticipate challenges. The role involves grounding decisions in data, customer feedback, and business outcomes, and leading with evidence to ensure strategic prioritization.
