Requirements

Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, or Consulting, with exposure to Accounting or Corporate Finance concepts. Experience with SaaS metrics and GAAP accounting is required, along with expertise in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Salesforce is necessary, and knowledge of SQL and experience with Snowflake or Tableau is expected. A problem-solving and analytical mindset, strong organization skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

The Lead Financial Analyst will partner with GTM leadership to maintain forecasts, conduct monthly budget vs actual variance analyses, and develop a deep understanding of the GTM engine, including sales capacity, productivity, marketing ROI, and ARR analysis. Responsibilities include modeling, reporting, and automating key SaaS performance metrics and dashboards, assisting with external financial materials, creating and reviewing complex financial models, and identifying and implementing process improvements and automation.
