Requirements

Candidates must possess a BS degree in a technology-related field and at least 5 years of product management experience building web and/or mobile products. Deep experience in fintech or payments, particularly scaling a transactions product, is required. A proven track record of driving growth and delivering measurable revenue impact, with demonstrated success launching customer-facing features that improved key business metrics by at least 20%, is essential. Strong analytical skills, comfort working with Data Science, and experience with A/B testing, pricing/packaging experiments, and funnel optimization are necessary. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions, a detail-oriented mindset, strong product intuition, and the ability to lead without authority in ambiguous, fast-paced environments are also required. SaaS product experience and 3+ years directly owning revenue-driving initiatives in a B2B environment, along with familiarity with embedded finance and monetization of financial tools inside a platform, are ideally preferred.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager, Growth will own the end-to-end product strategy and execution for Houzz Pro’s payments and financial products, including business loans, consumer financing (BNPL), instant payouts, bill pay, and payroll. Responsibilities include driving growth in Net Fee Revenue across embedded financial tools, developing new monetization levers, and optimizing existing ones. The role involves defining and running experiments to increase adoption, retention, and transaction volume, and leading analysis of key funnel metrics to identify opportunities and unblock friction points. Collaboration with cross-functional partners to develop and maintain a data-driven roadmap, clear communication of product vision and strategy, writing product requirements, defining go-to-market plans, and launching features that impact business metrics are key duties.
