Candidates should have 7+ years of experience in integrated marketing production with a proven track record of successfully managing complex campaigns across multiple channels. Experience in CG, photography/video production, print design, or digital advertising is required, along with knowledge of industry-standard production workflows and processes. Experience working with international agencies or in global markets, including localization, is essential, and proficiency in project management tools is necessary.
The Senior Integrated Producer will lead the global production of integrated marketing campaigns from concept to completion, overseeing channels such as Out-of-Home, Broadcast, OTT, Digital videos, ouraring.com, social media, lifecycle, and retail. They will coordinate with creative teams, PMMs, and Integrated Leads to develop and execute campaign strategies, ensuring alignment with Oura’s objectives and brand guidelines. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, leading cross-functional teams, assigning tasks, delegating responsibilities, providing guidance, fostering a collaborative work environment, managing relationships with external vendors, developing and managing project budgets, tracking expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring all deliverables meet the highest quality standards. The producer will also host post-mortems to continuously improve over iterations.
