Proven experience of over 7 years in managing global teams, including offshore resources, and vendor management, budgeting, and business case development in the marketing automation space is required. Additionally, over 5 years of experience in building or migrating a business marketing automation platform is necessary.
The Senior Director, Global Marketing Automation will lead lifecycle marketing operations and strategy across multiple platforms, overseeing global campaign execution and data-driven customer experiences. This role involves managing a global team of marketing automation specialists, supporting platform migrations, and ensuring consistency and governance across Marketo, HubSpot, and Pardot. Responsibilities include developing and executing email automation programs, optimizing segmentation and personalization, building lead scoring models, and partnering with CRM and sales operations for data integrity. The director will maintain global standards, ensure compliance with privacy regulations, provide performance insights to stakeholders, and evaluate emerging technologies and vendors to optimize the marketing automation tech stack and processes.
