Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Creative - Video & Photography will lead the high-level vision, strategy, and creative direction for all video and photography initiatives, shaping a global visual storytelling framework. Responsibilities include defining scalable storytelling strategies, establishing and maintaining visual standards, identifying new storytelling formats, and designing enablement toolkits for international teams. The role also involves building and managing creative partnerships, leading budget planning and investment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, architecting a visual ecosystem, providing creative oversight and mentorship, and managing multiple concurrent projects from planning through delivery, including video editing support as needed.
