Candidates must have a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience leading global brand campaigns in an agency or in-house studio setting, preferably for a SaaS company, app, or digital product. Experience leading projects in a senior creative role such as a Design Lead or Art Director is required, along with extensive experience concepting and designing compelling creative across multiple mediums. Flawless execution of visual design fundamentals, outstanding portfolio demonstrating highly crafted design work, strong communication and presentation skills, exceptional conceptual and brainstorming skills, strong critical thinking skills, and extensive experience collaborating with copywriters, designers, and marketing strategists are also necessary. Experience at a fast-paced remote-first company is preferred, as is a high taste level and deep knowledge of current and historic creative.
The Creative Lead, Design will act as a leader on the Brand Design team, setting an example and raising the bar while generating original and highly crafted creative grounded in thoughtful insights. They will concept and execute global integrated campaigns across various channels and surfaces, lead the creation of new evergreen brand assets, and partner with Design Leadership to evolve the AllTrails visual brand. The role involves collaborating with Creative Leadership, marketing leads, and cross-functional stakeholders to create campaigns that build love for the brand and product, making design decisions confidently and quickly. They will also lead design exercises, workshops, drive internal alignment, and foster a respectful and collaborative environment that cultivates a culture of creativity.
