Requirements

Candidates must have 7+ years of enterprise closing sales experience, with a strong technical understanding of developer workflows and pain points, and the ability to communicate how solutions address these challenges. A demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota expectations is required, along with expertise in navigating consultative sales cycles with Executive-level stakeholders at Fortune 500 companies. Experience implementing a Land & Expand SaaS Sales strategy and recent experience with an emerging technology software company are significant pluses, as is familiarity with the MEDDPIC sales methodology. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Enterprise Account Executive will nurture and expand relationships with large enterprise accounts, develop territory and account plans, and drive outbound pipeline generation independently. Responsibilities include ensuring seamless adoption of LaunchDarkly within large enterprises through robust account management, coordinating with pre- and post-sales teams for client satisfaction, and increasing LaunchDarkly's visibility by communicating its value proposition to executive leadership. The role involves close collaboration with solutions engineers and internal teams such as product support, developer relations, marketing, and revenue operations to align offerings with customer business needs.
