Responsibilities

Develop the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Infrastructure team
Partner closely with Engineering and Leadership to ensure product and technical decisions are made with the long-term sustainability, reliability, and performance of Render's core services in mind
Prioritize investments in Render's foundational infrastructure platform to align with business and product goals
Build and maintain a strong understanding of the needs of AI builders and developers from a storage perspective
Develop a strong point of view on how Render's offerings should evolve with changing technologies
Collaborate with product teams as a technical consultant, providing perspective on how to evolve the platform
Work with the Infrastructure team to translate the requirements for applications into guidance on how to evolve the platform
Meet with Render's largest customers to understand how their apps are evolving and ensure that Render continues to serve their needs as they scale
