Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of experience at a top management consulting firm or within an equivalent corporate strategy group, including overseeing complex strategy projects
  • 15+ years of total professional experience with growing levels of responsibility; proven track record of leading transformational change
  • Top undergraduate and Master’s degrees (MBA preferred) or equivalent work experience
  • Experience operating in an enterprise SaaS environment; prior understanding of software industry, digital marketing or digital media highly desired
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, while staying focused on the big picture
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presence in front of senior executives
  • Creative problem solver with a bias for action
  • Relentless but collaborative – ensuring that debates and discussions not only lead to good outcomes for all involved, but also set a positive tone for cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing multiple project teams
  • Managing the relationship with several top executives across the company
  • Gradually specializing in one of Adobe’s three clouds (e.g., joining the extended staff of Adobe’s EVP and GM for the Digital Experience business unit)
  • Working closely with Adobe’s top executives and three business units (Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and Experience Cloud) to ensure fast growth trajectory
  • Articulating and activating the company’s future vision
