Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a SaaS or Tech Customer Success role, managing a book of business through strategic calls and engagement. Strong communication skills via email, phone, and video are essential, along with the ability to present and speak to new people daily. Experience supporting individuals and businesses in effectively utilizing software for productivity and efficiency is required, as is experience collaborating with C-Level executives and navigating diverse stakeholder needs. Experience managing revenue retention as a key metric and identifying growth opportunities is also necessary. Optional experience with 1Password or another password manager is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Senior Customer Success Manager will guide customers through their lifecycle using best practices, demonstrating an understanding of their structure and needs while working closely with Onboarding and Account Executives. This role involves acting as a customer champion and advocate, increasing awareness of customer needs and priorities, and focusing on customer retention by helping them see the value of their investment and achieve adoption goals through proactive and reactive engagement. Responsibilities include guiding customers via email, webinars, and customized sessions, making prescriptive recommendations, and ensuring high adoption rates. The role also involves following defined outreach and follow-up processes, managing customer data and activity in tandem with other teams, and accurately synthesizing and logging findings from customer discussions, such as feature requests and feedback.
