Acting as a trusted advisor, they will drive product adoption and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, they will become product experts, developing best practices to help customers leverage Jasper's full functionality. The role involves interfacing closely with sales, support, product, and engineering teams to share client feedback, resolve escalations, and enhance the overall customer experience.
