Responsibilities

The Senior Customer Success Manager will act as the primary point of contact for clients, building genuine and durable relationships to drive long-term revenue growth. Responsibilities include serving as a trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance on operational and product-related issues, acting as an internal advocate for clients by championing new products and capabilities, and developing comprehensive account strategies for long-term success for high-value strategic accounts. The role also involves proactively identifying risks, rallying internal stakeholders to address customer issues promptly, building relationships with senior stakeholders, understanding customer businesses and hiring plans, defining success metrics for partnerships, and hosting regular business reviews.
