Requirements

Candidates should have 3-5+ years of experience in customer marketing, content marketing, or customer advocacy within a B2B SaaS business. Strong storytelling and interview skills with a proven track record of delivering high-quality customer assets are essential. Experience supporting both PLG and sales-led motions with targeted customer content is required, along with the ability to build relationships with internal teams and external customers. Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Notion is also necessary. Experience launching or contributing to early-stage customer communities is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Senior Customer Marketing Manager will own customer storytelling, advocacy, and community-building efforts to support both PLG and sales-led motions. This role involves developing high-impact case studies, testimonials, and references, as well as building community connections for events, ABM, campaigns, and content. Responsibilities include acting as a conduit for customer insights to influence GTM strategy, messaging, and product development, and collaborating across marketing, sales, and customer success teams. Key duties involve building and maintaining a library of customer proof points, creating and mapping proof points for sales and PLG enablement, standing up a system for customer references and advocates, launching and growing the customer community, conducting interviews to surface customer insights, and recruiting customers for various events and campaigns. The role also includes using AI tools to accelerate opportunity identification and storytelling velocity.
