Requirements

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and possess 5+ years of experience in sales operations or a similar role, with at least 3 years specifically as a CRM Administrator. A proven track record of selecting, implementing, and managing CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce, including HubSpot's custom objects, workflows, and integrations, is essential. Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts as they apply to sales processes, expertise in API integrations, strong grasp of data structures and data flow management, and experience with business intelligence tools such as Looker are required. Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and project management skills are also necessary, along with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

The Senior CRM Administrator will lead the strategic selection, integration, and optimization of the sales technology stack, with a focus on AI tools. Responsibilities include defining the long-term vision for sales technology, designing and maintaining the architecture of sales and marketing technologies, and ensuring clean and accurate data flow for AI models and reporting. This role involves researching, evaluating, and integrating AI-powered sales tools, leading the technical implementation of new tools and features, and establishing KPIs to measure technology effectiveness and ROI. The administrator will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the technology stack with business goals and partner with sales enablement to deliver training on new technologies.
