Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of lifecycle marketing expertise with consumer-facing products (ecommerce, marketplaces, and/or entertainment)
  • 2-3+ years of hands-on experience operating in Iterable
  • Mastery of CRM execution
  • Strong analytical skills to study customer behavior and identify behavioral patterns
  • Ability to design and build best-in-class CRM programs
  • Experience in designing and executing lifecycle marketing roadmaps for newly launched consumer products
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end CRM for a new product offering, defining lifecycle marketing strategy and designing programs for customer acquisition, activation, and engagement/retention
  • Deliver results through lifecycle marketing, which is a core channel for the business' performance
  • Test and learn through designing marketing journeys and testing audience, messaging, timing, cadence, design, and incentives
  • Analyze and research customer behavior in the product experience to identify behavioral patterns and build customer archetypes/personas
  • Partner with analytics, consumer insights, and product organization to study customer behavior and identify opportunities for growth
  • Own strategy and execution of CRM programs, partnering with cross-functional teams to build, execute, and measure success
  • Build and execute lifecycle marketing roadmaps for newly launched consumer products
  • Work closely with internal and external partners to bring the CRM roadmap to life
  • Adapt to a fast-growing business unit and team, with a bias for action and a collaborative mindset
