Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of lifecycle marketing expertise with consumer-facing products (ecommerce, marketplaces, and/or entertainment)
  • Mastery of CRM execution with 2-3+ years of hands-on experience operating in Iterable
  • Experience developing near- and long-term lifecycle marketing roadmaps for newly launched consumer products
  • Hands-on experience operating in Iterable to bring roadmaps to life
  • Worked closely with internal and external partners
  • Bias for action, organized, collaborative, and able to adapt with a fast-growing business unit and team
  • Player/Coach: ability to own both strategy and execution

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end CRM: define lifecycle marketing strategy to activate the base for the new product offering, including design and motion for end-to-end lifecycle comms across customer acquisition, activation, engagement/retention, winbacks, and LTV expansion
  • Deliver results as the core channel for GTM strategy and business performance in new customer acquisition and retention
  • Test & learn: design marketing journeys and test audience, messaging, timing, cadence, design, and incentives to achieve growth objectives
  • Analyze, research, and hypothesize: partner with analytics, consumer insights, and product teams to study customer behavior, identify patterns leading to engagement vs. churn, and build customer archetypes/personas for acquisition and tailored comms
  • Player/Coach: own strategy and execution, partnering with cross-functional teams (creative, design, marketing, analytics, product) to build, execute, and measure success; opportunities to build and scale a team as the program grows

What is the work location or remote policy for this role?

You’ll report to the Head of Growth, New Ventures and work from our Santa Ana, CA or Jersey City, NJ office. Remote or hybrid candidates will also be considered, but if you live within a 1 hour commuting distance to one of our offices, you will be required to be onsite most of the time.
