Advanced skills in engineering, sales, education, and technical support for EP products
Leadership and mentoring capabilities for less experienced Clinical Specialists

Responsibilities

Provide advanced engineering, sales, educational, and technical support in response to complex field inquiries from physicians, health care professionals, patients, and field sales staff involving EP products
Identify and routinely use the most effective, cost-efficient, and best business practices to execute processes, continually evaluating their effectiveness and appropriateness
Monitor performance and report status to manager
Act as a senior clinical interface between the medical community and the business
Identify, report, and advise on customer needs, product performance, and potential sales opportunities to sales representatives, directors, and/or management to influence sales growth and service of accounts
Provide engineering, sales, education, and clinical support in response to the most complex field inquiries on an as-needed basis
Develop, lead, and/or facilitate trainings and other programs on EP products to healthcare professionals
Provide insight, guidance, and feedback to management on market feedback and components of next generation products
Provide regional EP procedural case coverage
Provide back-up support to EP Sales Representatives in sales support, regional training seminars, clinical studies/data collection, trouble shooting, and new product in-service training to physicians, nurses, and sales representatives
Mentor and provide leadership for less experienced Clinical Specialists
Continuously develop engineering, sales, and technical skills relative to the overall Arrhythmia Management strategy
