Advanced engineering, sales, educational, and technical support skills for complex field inquiries involving EP products
High degree of independence in performing work
Ability to identify and use the most effective, cost-efficient, and best business practices; evaluate their effectiveness
Independent judgment in planning, organizing, and performing work; monitor performance and report status
Technical proficiencies and performance at the experienced level of all Clinical Specialists in the region
Ability to build and sustain credible business relationships with customers and share product expertise
Thorough command of all EP products, related product and technical knowledge, trends, and players
Experience working under general direction

Responsibilities

Act as a senior clinical interface between the medical community and the business
Identify, report, and advise on customer needs, product performance, and potential sales opportunities to sales representatives/directors and/or management
Provide engineering, sales, education, and clinical support in response to complex field inquiries on an as-needed basis
Develop, lead, and/or facilitate trainings and other programs on EP products to healthcare professionals
Provide insight, guidance, and feedback to management on market feedback and components of next-generation products
Provide regional EP procedural case coverage
Provide back-up support to EP Sales Representatives in sales support, regional training seminars, clinical studies/data collection, troubleshooting, and new product in-service training to physicians, nurses, and sales representatives
Mentor and provide leadership for less experienced Clinical Specialists
Continuously develop engineering, sales, and technical skills relative to the overall Arrhythmia Management strategy
