Requirements

Candidates must have over 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the IT services or nearshoring industry. A strong understanding of IT services, software development, and nearshoring models is essential, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both German and English. The role requires the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, strategic thinking, self-motivation, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Business Developer will conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends in the IT nearshoring industry and analyze competitors and industry developments to inform business strategy. They will identify and engage prospective clients, present nearshoring solutions and services, develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand market share, and prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and sales pitches tailored to client needs. Responsibilities also include building and nurturing long-term relationships with key decision-makers, serving as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention, and negotiating contracts and service agreements.
