Candidates must possess 6+ years of experience managing IT projects, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role. Proven experience leading cross-functional IT implementation, optimization, and/or integration projects on SaaS/cloud-based business systems such as Salesforce, CPQ, Billing, NetSuite, or DocuSign is required. A strong background in managing the full IT project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, build/configuration, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live support, is essential. Demonstrated ability to own project scope, workplans, stakeholder communications, and governance deliverables, along with experience documenting business requirements, functional design specifications, and end-user training materials, is necessary. Strong facilitation skills for process mapping, gap analysis, and business case development, as well as excellent stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to build collaborative relationships across various departments, are required. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, experience with risk/issue management and mitigation planning, knowledge of procurement processes, and experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment are also necessary. Direct experience with Lead-to-Order processes, including quoting, contract management, billing, and revenue operations, is preferred, as is familiarity with SaaS business models, recurring revenue processes, Agile methodologies, and hybrid PMO practices.
The Senior IT Project Manager will lead initiatives within the Revenue domain, driving cross-functional projects across key systems such as Salesforce, CPQ, CLM, and Billing platforms. This role involves structuring project delivery, coordinating across business stakeholders and technical teams, and ensuring on-time, high-quality outcomes that support company growth. Responsibilities include managing the full IT project lifecycle from requirements gathering to post-go-live support, owning project scope, workplans, and stakeholder communications, and developing documentation for business requirements and training materials. The role also entails facilitating current and future state process mapping, gap analysis, and business case development, managing risks and issues, and partnering with Procurement and InfoSec on vendor RFPs, contracts, and SOW reviews.
