Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of Quote to Cash experience in SaaS finance or related functions within high-volume, fast-growth environments, holding a B.S. in Business Operations, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Required experience includes 3+ years in Snowflake reporting, expertise in interpreting SQL queries and transformation frameworks, and hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and Zuora. Candidates should also have experience leveraging AI to simplify manual processes, exposure to Robotic Process Automation tools like Automation Anywhere, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and G Suite tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential, along with comfort engaging with global business and IT teams and external vendor project teams across different time zones.

Responsibilities

The Senior Business Analyst will obtain a thorough understanding of end-to-end Quote to Cash (QTC) business processes and supporting models in Snowflake and Tableau. Responsibilities include supporting integrated testing strategies, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), monitoring test execution, and providing metrics to leadership. The role involves leading documentation efforts, including design decisions, system configuration, processes/workflows, data extracts, interface requirements, and end-user training. Additionally, the analyst will participate in data extraction/conversion exercises, support internal processes and audit procedures for Finance SOX controls compliance and data integrity, provide backup support for current systems, resolve issues through triage, and partner with IT for deployment and hyper-care. The analyst will also prioritize requests with business teams for quarterly initiatives and partner with cross-functional groups throughout the systems development lifecycle.
