Senior Business Analyst, Finance Systems

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst in Quote to Cash with Go To Market Analytics expertise to drive global systems and new product/process initiatives using business, technical, and AI.

About the Team

The Finance Systems Excellence group drives systems automation by partnering with our Finance business and IT partners. These include Go-To-Market initiatives, Global systems implementations, Tier 1/2/3 projects, system enhancements, and robotic process automation with an AI first Approach.

Responsibilities

• Obtaining a thorough understanding of the end-to-end Quote to Cash (QTC) business processes and the design of the underlying models supporting reporting in Snowflake and Tableau.
• Supporting integrated testing strategies, coordinate testing efforts with end users (during UAT), monitor test execution, and provide metrics to leadership.
• Leading high-quality documentation efforts throughout projects, including collecting design decisions, system configuration, processes/workflow, data extracts, interface requirements, end-user training, etc.
• Participating in data extraction/conversion exercises with business teams and IT for projects involving a change in the current application/vendor.
• Supporting internal processes and audit procedures to ensure Finance SOX controls compliance and data integrity of systems post-go-live.
• Providing backup support for current systems, resolving issues through triage with cross-functional teams and partnering with IT for deployment and hyper-care.
• Prioritizing requests with business teams for quarterly initiatives and partnering with cross-functional groups through the systems development life cycle.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ Quote to Cash experience in SaaS finance or related functions within high-volume, fast-growth environments, with a B.S. in Business Operations, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Snowflake reporting, expertise in interpreting SQL queries and transformation framework, along with hands-on experience in Salesforce (SFDC) and Zuora.
• Have experience in leveraging AI to simplify manual processes and exposure to Robotic process automation tools such as Automation Anywhere.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and G Suite tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills – able to independently think through issues and provide well-thought-out alternate solutions.
• Be comfortable engaging with business and IT team members globally, and with external vendor project teams across different time zones.
• Have excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills, with organizational abilities to thrive in a dynamic, multitasking environment.

Salary Range

Minimum: $98,900.00 Maximum: $228,700.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value. Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
