Responsibilities

The Business Analyst will support the development of analytical solutions to enhance strategy and execution across various departments, including Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Product. Key duties include translating raw data into actionable insights, developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track performance metrics, collaborating with data engineering and cross-functional teams for data accuracy, defining and monitoring critical metrics and KPIs, contributing to presentations of findings, and conducting ad hoc analyses to address business questions and identify improvement opportunities.
