The Deal Operations Analyst II should have 3-5 years of experience in Deal Operations, Deal Desk, or Sales Operations within a high-growth technology company. Candidates must possess at least 2 years of experience with Salesforce and preferred experience with SaaS sales quote & agreement solutions. A strong ability to learn quickly and a high attention to detail are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs.

Responsibilities

The Deal Operations Analyst II will serve as the primary point of contact for sales and success representatives, assisting them in building quotes and agreements for customers. This role involves managing and improving standard templates to accommodate complex opportunities, handling support cases for the sales team, and providing systems and process support. The analyst will become an expert in Flock's sales process, tech stack, products, pricing, and sales programs to ensure accurate sales quotes. Responsibilities also include collaborating with the Business Systems team on process and system improvements, communicating effectively with internal stakeholders and customers, acting as first-line control for contractual risk management, ensuring proper filing of customer agreements, supporting sales and post-sales teams with back-office processes and Salesforce compliance, and maintaining process documentation and training materials.
