Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in Salesforce with a focus on data analytics and business intelligence. Experience with Salesforce CPQ data is considered a plus.
The Salesforce Business Intelligence Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and identify opportunities for leveraging data insights to solve business challenges, maintain and develop actionable reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses via standard Salesforce reports, Excel, CRM Analytics, and Tableau, support the design, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce BI tools and integrations with third-party systems, drive the migration from CRM Analytics to Tableau, ensure data accuracy and integrity via automated checks and monitoring, and provide training, documentation, and support to end-users to maximize adoption of tools and analytics.
