Candidates must have at least 5 years of combined experience in IT consulting, system planning, development, business design, requirements definition, and/or system implementation. Experience with ERP systems, particularly in accounts payable/receivable modules, is preferred. The ability to conduct FIT GAP analysis, create business requirement documents, and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is essential. Experience in leading projects and understanding business-level English documentation is also required. Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
The role involves designing and defining system requirements for new PayPay services, ensuring compliance with financial regulations (like the Payment Services Act), company policies, and external authority requirements. This includes collaborating with internal departments such as Legal, Compliance, IT, Accounting, Customer Service, and Merchant Management to drive project execution and manage progress. Responsibilities also include conducting FIT GAP analysis between business requirements and existing/new systems, creating business requirement documents, validating system requirements, and performing UAT.
