Requirements

Responsibilities

The Salesforce Solution Analyst will document business processes, workflows, and solution designs to improve efficiency and enhance customer and partner interactions. They will identify and recommend process improvements using Salesforce's low-code capabilities to better support customers, lending partners, and contractor installers, and drive the adoption of Salesforce capabilities for streamlined, self-service experiences. The role involves prototyping solutions using low-code tools like Flows, Validation Rules, and AI tools to enhance customer and partner experiences, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with the company's mission. Responsibilities also include writing SOQL/SOSL queries for data investigation and hypothesis testing, advocating for best practices in CRM data hygiene, automation, reporting, and engagement, and troubleshooting Salesforce issues impacting customer and partner interactions. This includes collaborating with developers and admins to resolve complex issues and staying current with Salesforce platform updates, AI advancements, and industry trends.
