Responsibilities

  • Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing on advanced communications solutions like PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities
  • Promote bundled products to provide optimal solutions for customers
  • Develop and manage territory with a high-activity comprehensive business plan, including local partnerships and brand enhancement
  • Generate new leads through prospecting activities such as cold calling, canvassing, referrals, and partnerships
  • Conduct consultative process to identify areas for improving prospects' internal and external communication
  • Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and positive Comcast experience
  • Team with technical, customer service, and support staff for end-to-end sales and satisfaction
  • Achieve and exceed sales and business quality objectives, including departmental financial and unit targets
  • Stay abreast of Comcast products, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
  • Understand and apply Operating Principles, own customer experience, participate in Net Promoter System, and support other duties as assigned
