Responsibilities

Building and owning a comprehensive content strategy for small businesses and solopreneurs
Defining the content journey across the funnel – from thought leadership to product adoption and retention
Leading development of hero and derivative assets, including research reports, guides, blogs, videos, and more
Managing editorial workflows and briefing creative partners
Planning and managing content within the CMP, ensuring accurate tagging, metadata, and version control
Driving discoverability by applying SEO and AEO best practices
Collaborating with Integrated Marketing Managers, Product Marketing, Comms, Social, and Online teams
Partnering with the Customer Advocacy team to integrate customer proof points into content plans
Defining success metrics for content and using data to optimize performance
Partnering with Marketing Operations to track performance and inform future content strategy
Identifying opportunities to improve message resonance, format effectiveness, and audience impact
