Requirements

Responsibilities

This role involves supporting the design and rollout of new Quality Assurance (QA) systems in areas such as Fraud, Trust & Safety, and Risk. The Senior Associate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate high-level objectives into structured workflows and requirements, build frameworks, documentation, and reporting to ensure clarity and accountability, and help define how DoorDash measures performance and customer experience at scale. Additionally, they will contribute to roadmap development and technology scoping for future QA capabilities.
