Requirements

Candidates must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident) due to the role's involvement in GovCloud. Experience with manual testing of browser extensions or web applications is required, along with familiarity with web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and browser APIs. A strong understanding of browser environments and their compatibility across Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge is necessary. Knowledge of browser-specific testing tools and debugging techniques, such as Chrome Developer Tools, is essential. The ability to write detailed, reproducible bug reports and manage them through Jira, along with strong communication and collaboration skills, is also required. A basic understanding of security best practices related to browser extensions and web applications is preferred.

Responsibilities

The QA Analyst will conduct manual and automated testing on Keeper's browser extensions across supported browsers, ensuring full functionality, UI/UX, security features, and compatibility. They will create, manage, and execute test cases based on product requirements and collaborate with development teams to understand new features. The analyst will identify, document, and track defects in Jira, perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing, and assist in troubleshooting customer-reported issues. Responsibilities also include testing new releases and updates, and continuously improving QA processes to enhance testing efficiency and quality standards.
