Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience testing cloud web and mobile customer-facing applications and 2+ years of experience leading testing on a product area or feature. Proficiency in scripting/programming languages such as Python, Java, or Javascript/Typescript is required, along with experience in test automation frameworks like Selenium, JUnit, Cypress, Playwright, or RestAssured. A strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, processes, the software development lifecycle, and agile methodologies is essential, as are strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

The Senior QA Analyst will perform manual and automated testing on web and mobile applications, design and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts, and execute manual tests to identify defects and usability issues. They will also conduct API testing, perform regression testing, design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks, implement automated test scripts, and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines. Responsibilities include identifying areas for QA process improvement, advocating for best practices, maintaining documentation of test cases and results, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and communicating testing status and progress.
