Requirements

Candidates must possess at least 3 years of experience in Trust and Safety roles, including exposure to policy design, compliance, moderation, and program management. They should also have at least 1 year of experience managing direct reports, demonstrating proficiency in managing expectations, performance management, and career development. Furthermore, candidates are expected to be well-versed in relevant regulations related to Trust and Safety compliance, legal workflows, law enforcement, and data privacy, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as effective written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

The Trust & Safety Lead, Player Support will design programs and policies to encourage positive player behavior and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, investigate reported or detected violations of Terms of Service, Terms of Use, and EULA, conduct routine audits of enforcement implementation, serve as an escalation point for sensitive issues, train and lead direct reports, suggest and implement changes to ensure compliance, protect and preserve the intended player experience by requesting necessary tooling, and respond to government investigative agencies as needed.
