Requirements

Candidates should have over 3 years of experience in strategy, analytics, or operations, ideally within the software/SaaS industry or management consulting. Required skills include advanced SQL, Python/R (dbt experience is a plus), expert-level Excel/GSheet, and Tableau proficiency. A "moneyball" mindset, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a GSD mentality, empathy, cross-functional leadership, and a sense of humor are also essential.

Responsibilities

The Senior Analyst will build and maintain interactive reports and dashboards from multiple data sources to support data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities include leading the pursuit strategy for resource allocation, return on investment frameworks, and go-to-market competitive strategy. The role also involves establishing go-to-market strategy, sales segmentation, and KPI/scorecard frameworks, as well as owning AI/ML and automation initiatives for GTM strategies to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
