Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree. Required technical skills include expert proficiency in SQL and Python, experience with clean and maintainable code, version control using Git, and data visualization/BI tools for interactive dashboards. Experience in developing data solutions for self-service, data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences is also necessary. A Master's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Senior Analyst I will quantify and communicate Included Health's value to clients by translating data and business context into actionable insights. Key responsibilities include determining and scaling appropriate reports and analytics, developing scalable reporting packages for strategic business reviews and client reporting, and enabling self-service data access through report automation and dashboarding. The role involves partnering with various teams to support client retention and growth, optimizing business strategy, and incorporating new product features into data pipelines and reporting workflows. Specific duties include developing data models, building Looker content for self-service, supporting analytics infrastructure with Python and SQL for automated reporting, resolving data blockers, and collaborating with Product Marketing and Client Success teams to meet client reporting needs at scale.
