Requirements

Candidates should have 5-7 years of design experience for DTC brands, with at least 2 years in a performance-driven creative role. A proven track record of designing high-performing ads across Meta, Google, and Amazon is required, along with a portfolio. Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Canva, a deep understanding of creative testing frameworks and ad optimization, and strong communication, project management, and team collaboration skills are necessary. Experience managing or mentoring junior designers is also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Performance Designer will own and elevate direct response creative across Meta, Google, and Amazon, focusing on conversion-driven static and motion ads. Responsibilities include partnering with the Creative Strategist team to translate messaging into compelling visual executions, driving creative testing strategy by developing design iterations based on performance data, and managing/mentoring a team of Graphic Designers. The role also involves overseeing design QA to ensure brand alignment and conversion optimization, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support launches and campaigns.
