As a Senior Analyst, Corporate Strategy, you will be instrumental in shaping Constant Contact's strategic direction and decision-making process to ensure the company remains competitive and achieves its objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic analysis: Lead both qualitative and quantitative analysis in support of strategic initiatives. Example activities include market research, competitive analysis, financial modeling, sensitivity analysis, and data and trending analysis.
  • Track strategic initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external teams to track strategic initiatives, strategic partnership activities, and M&A efforts.
  • Develop executive presentation: Prepare presentations, executive briefs, and fact packs for executive and BoD updates.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, or strategic consulting role, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS or MarTech environment.
  • Proven ability to develop executive and board presentations, supported by an exceptional proficiency in synthesizing complex information with acute attention to detail.
  • Proven experience with market research and competitive analysis, with ability to distill quantitative and qualitative data into relevant insights.
  • Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, including proven experience building robust financial models and sensitivity analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Strong financial and business acumen.
  • Exceptional ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong time management skills with ability to adapt with rapidly changing priorities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Workspace (GSuite). Think-Cell experience is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education and work location. In addition, some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits including paid leave.
