Prior experience in home services or marketplaces is a plus.
The Senior Analyst will lead strategic projects from concept to execution, including business case development and performance management, to improve service quality. They will design and pilot quality improvement experiments, analyze outcomes, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Responsibilities include conducting quantitative and qualitative research to understand drivers of Pro quality, monitoring and reporting on Pro quality metrics, and collaborating across teams to scale impactful quality initiatives.
