Requirements

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in project management, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration, along with 2+ years of experience with data analytics tools like SQL, SAS, Tableau, and Excel, and business intelligence platforms. A minimum of 2 years of experience creating documentation that translates business needs into technical requirements and vice versa is required. An Associate's degree or equivalent experience is also necessary. Preferred qualifications include advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SQL, proficiency in R and SQL for data manipulation and reporting, and familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid regulations.

Responsibilities

The Senior Analyst, Business Analytics will support Medicaid Enrollment Operations by making data accessible and actionable, applying statistical methods, data mining, and predictive modeling to uncover trends and guide decisions. This role involves working cases, managing mailboxes, and creating reports to guide decision-making and identify improvement opportunities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions. The analyst will support downstream functions and vendors through performance analysis, trend identification, and communication across teams and leadership, and contribute to ad hoc projects. They will also be responsible for creating new reporting and potentially coding and implementing data and report automation tools and processes.
