Candidates should possess at least 7 years of experience in BI solution design and programming, with strong skills in designing and developing enterprise-class BI applications. Required qualifications include proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools like Tableau, SQL, ETL, databases, data modeling, and Excel. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics is necessary, along with excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills. Experience with distributed teams, mentoring, and managing multiple projects under deadlines is also required. Bonus points for deep Tableau experience and knowledge of population health metrics.
The Senior Data Analyst will develop and support Tableau dashboards or similar BI tools, conduct ad-hoc analysis to provide customer insights, and collaborate with customer success teams to deliver data-driven narratives. Responsibilities also include working with data teams to enhance data quality, defining operational processes for scalable analytics and reporting, and collaborating with analytics, data science, data engineering, clinical, and product teams.
