The Role: Business Intelligence (BI) Developer

The Business Intelligence (BI) Developer will report to the Reporting and Analytics Manager and work within the reporting team. This role is responsible for translating business needs into technical specifications and building BI solutions. The position involves improving existing BI systems and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data-driven solutions. The BI Developer will collaborate cross-functionally with an experienced team of in-house clinicians, engineers, customer success executives, and product managers.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Create and implement BI software and systems, including integration with databases and data warehousing.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present complex data in an understandable and actionable format.
  • Build and maintain data models to ensure the accuracy and relevancy of the data.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to users on BI tools and data analytics.
  • Perform regular maintenance and updates to existing BI solutions to enhance functionality and incorporate new data sources or analytics capabilities.
  • Build and maintain a single source of truth for metrics used across the organization.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Collaborate with a team of analysts and engineers to deliver high-quality data-driven products.
