Requirements

Candidates should possess 7+ years of experience in Analytics, Data Science, or a related field, with a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or social science field, and a Master's/PhD is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of coding experience is required, with at least 4 years specifically in R, Python, or SQL, demonstrating advanced coding skills in these languages. The role also requires 4+ years of project leadership experience, advanced knowledge of Analytics and Statistics, proficiency in a BI software, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

The Lead Data Analyst will design and develop custom reports for iSpot clients, providing them with actionable insights. Responsibilities include collaborating on complex problems, writing and optimizing R, Python, or SQL scripts for data processing, and adapting existing tools and methods to meet evolving needs. The role involves collecting, aggregating, and manipulating data from multiple sources, applying analytical techniques, and creating clear visualizations or reports. Additionally, the Lead Data Analyst will engage with internal and external teams to clarify requirements, address challenges, develop tailored solutions, document project status, and communicate complex findings to diverse audiences through written reports and presentations.
